Hand painted batman high heels.
Sizing: I use brands that run true to size! If you need a wide size no problem just ask! If you are in between sizes I recommend ordering the larger size. If the shoes I normally use are unavailable to me I will order the closest possible style, I will also message you if the brand runs small and recommend a larger size. If you're worried about the fit feel free to send me your measurements! If you get the shoe and it doesn't fit don't worry I do exchanges!

Time process: I wish I could get shoes out faster but 4-6 weeks is standard. I own another business and work 2 other jobs. When you order I'll typically have 20 orders ahead of yours. That equals about 100 hours of painting time for me! I might have to special order a shoe of you select an uncommon size or different style shoe. If you have an event you need the shoes for be sure to let me know so I can get them there in time. If you're in a real crunch let me know and we can work out a rush order! Everything is shipped priority which is 2-3 days.

Quality: I really take pride in my shoes. It's something I love to do and love sharing it with others. I truly try to get you the best bang for your buck. I opt to use glitter paint over loose glitter. This keeps shoes looking nice, less chance of scuffing and shedding. Each shoe is sealed with a clear sealer for protection but please still be gentle, they are handmade art after all. 3D items such as mirror and stickers are glued with E600 glue which is extremely strong but again careful not to bump anything! I spend hours on shoes trying to make them look fantastic for you! Please remember though, these are human made and would be perfect but I try my best! Finally shoes are shipped in plastic grocery bags. It sounds odd but tissue paper and cloth tends to stick to the shoe, this is the only product I've found that doesn't leave a residue behind.

Special requests: yes I do custom orders! I love to create new products! Saw an item elsewhere you like but not the price? I will not copy someone else's work but will do something very similar for you! Are you a bride? If so I do free customization for you! Let me know if you'd let your wedding date and initials on the shoes! Doing a group order? Let me know! The more you buy the more you save! Special occasion? Birthday? Christmas? I'm happy to gift wrap! Love the shoe but not the style? I can do any heel height or do it on a different style shoe!

Returns/Exchanges: I don't not take returns. I really do put my heart into my work and a lot of time. If the shoe doesn't fit I'll gladly do an exchange. Did the shoe get damaged in shipping? Not quite what you imagined? I will fix it on my dollar! Each shoe is made to order so please understand why I can't do straight returns.
