Make sure to remove the protective tissue from the ears.
ALL EARS WILL CURL. it is crochet, not cardboard. They sit straight and you can straighten them out easily, but in shipping and if you tose it around it will curl. Please do not ask about "getting straight ears" as they are all the same. It will look like the photo if you straighten them out when it arrives, thank you!
